The towels provided in the apartment were so fluffy and soft that I wanted to smuggle them home in my suitcase. Definitely the highlight of my stay.
Oh, how I loved climbing up and down those 8 stairs every time I needed to go to the bathroom. It was like my daily workout routine, but with added inconvenience.

Great apartment for a couple, no facility missing. Attentive host offers cleaning and towel changes during stay. Good location, responsive hosts, nice lady for key handover. Surprisingly cool in hot weather, good communication. Everything needed for short stay.

The apartment is perfect for a small family like ours. It has one bedroom and a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. We could cook our own meals and save some money. The location of the apartment is fantastic! It's close to the Churchill War Rooms, only 2.4 km away. We loved exploring the historical sites nearby.
Personally, I found the washing machine a bit noisy. But hey, it's just my opinion, and others might not mind it at all.

The apartment is spacious and suitable for a group of friends or a family. The kitchen and dining room are convenient for cooking and eating together. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to shops and restaurants.
Some lights were not working, and the water in the kitchen was unstable. The apartment is on the third floor with narrow stairs and no elevator, which can be difficult with luggage.

Great value for money, the apartment had everything needed for a short stay in central London. The location was convenient, close to local amenities and public transportation. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to make my friend's birthday special.
The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.
